Aloft by Marriott Tampa Downtown

The Staff was amazing. And the location was so convenient

Clean and inviting

Great location

The property was conveniently located, reasonably priced and clean. Check in and checkout was extremely easy.

The room had a strange odor initially. Kind of like a wet dog.

The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, also gave late night food recommendations. The rooms are a good size and seem very modern with comfortable beds and it’s right in downtown so a good location. The gym looks out onto the river so is super cool to workout in.

The walls to the rooms are thin, and unfortunately the people next to me were partygoers who played loud music and kept shouting and I had to ask them to be quiet. There were also some stains on the wallpaper. The vent in the bathroom seems connected to to the rooms next door so you can hear conversations from the next room. Pets are allowed but this meant a dog in the floor were barking. Some things can’t be helped by the hotel themselves like loud guests etc but it didn’t help the overall stay
