Homewood Suites by Hilton Billings

We were impressed by the professional manner and courtesy of the staff, the lovely breakfast folks, and the amenities of this property, which is much like a resort in feel, rather than a motel. Best of all, the beds and pillows! The first good bed we've had in a week of staying at other 'better' properties between MN and MT. Fresh linens and pillows that are also fresh! The heating /cooling was also excellent and inobtrusive. The breakfast food choices and ambiance were simply exceptional. We've never seen so many healthy options, even overnight oats, but also less common offerings like tortillas, as well as nicely cooked items. We liked it all.

Only one point for improvement: the log-in protocol for WIFI. It would be great if this could be provided up front on a card, since it turned out to be complicated, requiring a password that was entered on a deeper buried page (on a mac). The normal Last Name/Rm number log-in did not recognize us. Fortunately, Ally helped us out twice with the issue and all was resolved. She was friendly and courteous and a credit to your team.
