The building, two pools, beach access are all amazing. Possibly the best Miami Beach experience ever.

Communication via WhatsApp was NOT great. I got messages welcoming me etc. and I have to say I am a very low maintenance customer; I only sent ONE message responding to my welcome message that stated that this was the way to communicate any needs... I wrote back that since my flight out of Miami was late I would appreciate any additional time in the room if only a one hour late checkout. I never got a response. No biggie, but I wonder what would have happened if I wrote that the room was flooded...?

This whole location is fantastic, two pools, one walk way crossing to the beach, gym and billard, Argentinian steaks nearby, all family was happy.

Very friendly helpful staff, nice modern building and room, views over the ocean, restaurants nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! We especially loved that the beach was so close and that there were swimming pools available as well. The apartment had all the essential appliances and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place!

I loved how close to the beach it was and the fact that the unit ibwas in had a washer and dryer

I think it is ridiculous to have you pool close at dusk. I understand when it comes to safety of children but even a holiday Inn express closes their pool at midnight. If anything why not make it adults only after 8? And why your gym isn't 24 hours like every other hotel has me baffled. I didn't get to go to the pool not once nor the gym or sauna bc of this and that's really disappointing. So i won't be back unless that changes. Oh and the rooms need black out screens bc one of the days u had a head ache and needed it to be dark I had to go lay down in the bathroomto archive this. And at night if your lights are on anyone can see what you're doing through those screens.
