The Shower!! close to the stadium. We were attending a Browns game. valet parking was convenient and they did a good job. They were very nice loved the rooftop bar Eden.
The vault closed too early. It should stay open longer on the Browns games or special events happening that night

Great location but do not have smart TV. So my husband and i could not relax and watch movies day after our wedding

The location was great - handy for downtown, playhouse circle, and the sports grounds - but then so are lots of other hotels nearby.
The check-in process was a bit clumsy … my bank stopped my card because the payment was taken twice. Then they couldn’t tell me what the landline phone call charges would be for me to call my (UK) bank to sort it out.
