On the boardwalk, nice dining room

Nothing was mentioned about a $25 parking fee per night and the sundeck off from your room was misleading. You couldn’t access it from your room you had to enter from a different location.

Location and the room size great. The staff excellent and the room was clean great hotel .

The hotel is in the perfect spot but this is the 2nd time the elevator was not working. So we had to stay in room because of elevator not working. I’m going to stay another hotel next year. The hotel offered nothing for this inconvenience.

This was the hotel we always stayed whenever we went to Virginia Beach, but this time it was very disappointing. The location of the hotel is good, close to nice restaurants, close to the Neptune. The front desk staff was friendly and quick to respond.

The elevator was bumping, didn't feel very safe. When I asked the housekeeper to vacuum my room, he said no vacuum. I asked for the 2 complementary bottles of water of the day, he seemed not understand what I said, after I insisted, he gave to me. Of course the following day, he didn't give us the water after cleaning the room. The breakfast used to be quite nice, they have omelet and French toast. But this time on the first day, their waffle machine was not working, also there was only one. The bananas were rotten.
