The staff was some of the nicest hotel staff I’ve ever experienced.

What's not to like?

Entrance to the lobby is through the gated parking lot. The location is perfect and the rooms are highly comfortable and clean. The room has a fridge and a safe. They have a convenient snack pantry in the lobby and a nice, shallow pool (4 ft max).

$15 charge for 2 water bottles? The biggest issue is management. I was hit with a mysterious $15 charge. Customer service claimed it was for pantry items, which is false. I asked if it was for the in-room water bottles, but they ghosted my emails. They also completely ignored my inquiries to the cleaning department about a lost item. Fantastic physical property, but the customer service is nonexistent. Immensely disappointed. They failed to restock pool towels for two days straight. Parking requires a fee.
