The Besavana Phuket - SHA Extra Plus

perfect location, close to the Old Town and free from street noise. There's some noise come from within the building, but using earplugs solves that issue. Nice bathroom, nice view from balcony. Friendly staff, and the housekeeping staff are very diligent. Hotel provides discount coupon for the café next door, coffee and brunch was not bad.

Shower water pressure was too weak, switching to a smaller showerhead might help. Pillow was a bit high which is not suitable for everyone, it would be good to have a lower pillow available as an option.

We had a really pleasant stay here. The hotel has great facilities and an excellent location — close enough to walk to most places in the Old Town, while being far enough away from the noise to enjoy a peaceful stay. We had a small issue with the air conditioning, but the staff responded quickly and found a solution for us, which we really appreciated. Considering the great price we paid, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Pool was good and the location is mid of old town.
