Front desk workers were super kind, polite and helpful. Convienant location in china town, and even the parking guy outside was friendly, and parkinf was only 35, which is great for philly. Room wasnt perfect, but for 85 dollars in philly, it was well above my expectations. Bathroom was clean, no noisy neighbors. Very happy with my stay
Nothing big at all. Some cosmetic issues in room but youre there to sleep and its 85 dollars.

Conveniently located directly next to the convention center (3 city blocks from the main entrance). Walkable to Reading Terminal Market, train station, and only 5-6 blocks to Old City. Room was comfortable and clean. Front desk staff friendly. Basic continental breakfast including hardboiled eggs, sausage patties, fruit, yogurt, bagels, waffles, and cereal.
Areas of the room looked a little worn (backer behind TV peeling). A little noisy in the hallway because the doors beep when unlocking.

We slept pretty good. The tall Black guy that worked overnight was very very nice! Give that man a promotion & raise!!
The hallways STINK!!! Take up that nasty funky carpet!!! Looked like it was a ring around the tub. I thought this was going to be a better looking hotel but I was definitely wrong! I won’t stay there again.
