Couldn't get a better location

The Air conditioner was right as you cane out of bathroom right at midsection hight and got blasted every time went to and from. Bathroom

Incredibly convenient location. Rooms were clean. Staff was extremely friendly.

No frills but comfortable and solid. Happy with our choice and would come back next time we come for Sea Hear Now! The extra sink on the side was a bit of a weird layout but honestly super convenient for two people to get ready at once. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were super nice, letting us know how we could check in if it was after the office closed (we ended up making it through traffic just in time) and giving us extra toiletries when we asked. Didn’t get to check out the pool or the beach due to timing and weather but nice that they’re there. Walking distance from the downtown area which had cute cafés and shops, as well as the boardwalk! And an easy drive from Asbury Park where we were spending our days.

Truly nothing major. Only very small complaint is that when we first walked in there was a tiny bit of a “damp” smell. Everything was perfectly clean, no mold or anything, and we stopped noticing it very quickly, so not a big deal. Other than that, it felt a bit pricey for what it was, but this was during Sea Hear Now weekend so maybe that’s just par for the course… Maybe one more note is that the walls were very thin so we definitely could hear people walking around and talking outside. Not at crazy hours and we didn’t really mind, just something to note if you desire absolute quiet.

The toilet was extremely low—more like a child’s size—which was very uncomfortable. The blinds didn’t close properly, even after staff attempted to fix them, which affected both privacy and light control. There was no convenient space near the door to place everyday items like keys, a purse, or a water bottle, which made things feel cluttered right away. I also didn’t like that the coffee maker was placed on the vanity, leaving very limited room for toiletries. The only table in the room was on the opposite side and already had items on it, making it impractical to use. Storage was also lacking, with only two drawers available for clothing. Overall, I couldn’t imagine staying here for an extended visit—it just didn’t feel functional or comfortable.
