Location and price were very good considering you are getting a small one bedroom apt (living room, full kitchen, bedroom, and full bath). I would stay here again. Dominque at the front desk was very helpful for me upon checking in! Public parking available very close by.
I was located on the second level. Some part of the floors did squeak some, but that's not too surprising being an older establishment. It wasn't bad, I just felt bad if people below me were hearing it.

Very beautiful and well put together!
I liked everything except lactation because of parking

It was quaint and not crazy packed with people. The location was an easy walk to the convention center.

Location excellent for Convention center access; repurposed historic building once a fire station
Had an odd vibe as a hotel- over 4 days saw maybe 3-5 people; discovered Hotel is typically a travel-club and only staffed during business hours. Problem with hot water in shower. Wall behind bed flaked continuously onto bed linens - clean, modern but you can feel humidity seeping through the walls and floors
