Location is quiet. There is a trolley stop 1 block up to ride up the Gatlinburg strip. Love the river off the balcony of the room. The owners are very nice and always working there.
As all the older properties of the area, there is continuous upkeep needed. This is a value motel lodge. It was clean. The pillows need to be replaced. I brought my own.

Close to everything
Room was dated, had to unplug one appliance on micro fridge to use another, needed a power strip.

Great staff. Location was good.
Room 118 was terrible. Lights did not work, flooring was coming unglued, missing molding, terrible paint job. But the worse item was the AC...it was very, very loud.
