Best Western Plus Monica Royale Inn & Suites

Room very nice. Desk in the center of the space as a room divider. More open feel to the room. Lots of lighting. Four decorative lamps. Can lights over desk. Ceiling fan with light package over bed. Shades on lamps on bedside tables a little large for the space allowed. Pillow top on king bed. Well placed for viewing, large TV. Lots of channels on the TV. Spectrum menu was difficult to figure out. Lots of mirrors. Love seat near window. Two usb ports and two outlets on each bedside table and they worked.

If the meat runs out at breakfast 30 minutes before the end they do not heat up more meat. A group of Veterans didn't get any sausage for breakfast because of this rule. I understand not wanting to waste food - but maybe there is a way to heat up a little more. Breakfast 6 AM to 9 AM means that. Or post the rule, come 30 minutes before the end if you want meat. Parking was more packed than usual, but that is good for business. We had to park in back. Room was hot because air was off when we came in. Cooled off very fast however. Bathroom lighting could be brighter.

We did not get to enjoy breakfast due to other obligations. Liked the roominess for my husband’s wheelchair. It was clean and quiet.

The handicapped accessible shower was not safe. My husband couldn’t get to the shower chair from his wheelchair because the door is in the way. He is 6’5” so he was able to stretch and reach but it was very unsafe.

The people were great the food was awesome

The pool heater was not working

Breakfast was pretty good and room were clean.

Key car problems and and they charged us for smoking in a room even though we didn’t and wouldn’t return it.
