We always stay in the pink palace because we love the balcony overlooking the water. The owners are always so friendly.

My husband and I had never been to the town of Benicia, and it was lovely! This B&B had gorgeous views of the water from many rooms including the one we stayed in - the Pink Palace room. Only 6 rooms in this B&B, several rooms to hang out in - front porch, bar, dining room - and the price was good. Walkable to wonderful bar/restaurant - Lucca Bar and Grill - and the downtown. Will definitely go back!

Breakfast was very nice and owners were lovely.

Shower fan in room 5 next door was loud when in use. The mattress was comfortable except it might have used a board between the mattress & box spring to offset the sinking in the middle. The mattress was soft enough overall.
