The Lodge at Leathem Smith

Mieszkaliśmy tylko jedną noc i trochę żałujemy, że zmieniliśmy miejsce na kolejną noc. Było wygodnie i czysto. Przede wszystkim zachwyciło nas położenie, miła obsługa i niezwykle sympatyczny pan w barze.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. I like the laminate floors. They were pretty. The AC was perfect. Great room. We brought our 2 dogs and our room opened to the huge open area for walking the dogs. The whole property is well kept and the plants and flowers were beautiful, especially the petunias that were still blooming strong and lovely. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent. It was a Friday fish offer, plus lasagna on special. It was all very delicious. It was very busy, but the service was not lacking and the waitress did a great job. Breakfast was great with the staff person there to make omelets for us. They were delicious. His name was Martine, and he was very polite and friendly. Coffee was hot and good. Everything was spotless. I especially liked the huge fireplace and the leather sectionals and comfortable chairs in the general area. There was a table with a checkerboard and 4 comfortable captains chairs. There were also board games available. Mary was a wonderful help in getting my room booked and was also so kind and friendly. We felt very welcomed. It was a wonderful stay.

The bathroom could use a new door and faucets. They looked worn out....but they still worked. 😉

The lodge was exceptionally clean. The staff was so friendly. And the check-in was simple.

Some of the other customers were rude at breakfast. So perhaps a more orderly breakfast process would be helpful.

The breakfast was wonderful. Omelets were great. Everything looked very fresh and good selection. It was nice to sit in the other room so it wasn't so crowded.

The first day there, only one burner was working for the omelets, and it took a very long time. The setup was difficult. Always felt like you were in some ones way. Looked out the window at the pool that was not in working order.
