Everything. This was the best hotel experience I’ve had in years. Staff were all incredibly excellent, room was beautiful and comfortable, fast elevators, the facilities and experience for guests during the marathon weekend were beyond exceptional.
If you’re running Chicago - STAY HERE!!
Amazing location!! 15min walk to start corrals, pre race pasta bar, post event recovery lounge and again just a ton of good vibes from all the staff.
This hotel / staff truly made my trip to Chicago one of the best I’ve ever had. I could never have imagined how much value it would add!
There was not one thing not to like. It was all fantastic

Location
Unable to close off shower area from rest of the room except with a sliding door which was inconvenient to other occupant of the room. Happy hour was unimpressive.
