BEST WESTERN PLUS Poconos

Coffee machine was awesome in the lobby and the dining area

Bed was lumpy and a divot in the bed. . No laundry facilities.

The room was nice. The decor was nice. The building from the outside and lighting was attractive.

We had a problem with the electronic card key to the lock of our door. We had difficulty getting back inside our room. So, I went to the front desk in the lobby where there was nobody available to help me. I waited at the desk for about 15 minutes attempting to get someone's attention. I then decided to open and enter the employee section to see if I could get someone's attention. A young male employee finally stepped outside of a bathroom and addressed me, But I did not like the way he spoke to me in a whining manner of how he was using the bathroom and how I was not suppose to be in the employee section. The employee should be more understanding and address the customers in a more apologetic manner and be a bit more understanding of why I entered the employee section.

Easy location in between the mountains.

Nothing

It is an ok place. It has shown its age. The price is consistent with the overall feel.

Staff - the receptionist was very rude. She repeatedly interrupted when I was in mid-sentence. When I asked simple questions, she simply point to a piece of paper and said that I need to read the paper myself. What is she there for?
