Hard pillows and roaches in the room

The staff was terrific, very accommodating. I was very comfortable.
I'm very appreciative of the hospitality.
The only thing I disliked was the fact that they didn't have washers and dryers for guests.

The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked and the TV worked after the front desk came and adjusted the channels.
The toilet wasn't cleaned, there was a dirty towel left on the curtain rod and no towels. No coffee maker, iron or phone. No cups. And a few bugs

That the pool was nasty and it wasn’t very clean around there outside
