Our room looking over the lake was amazing. I love the decor throughout the hotel and enjoy walking down by the lake from the hotel! We saw the most amazing sunset!

The wonderful woman handling the breakfast was so kind and thoughtful. She really knows how to keep everything flowing. Every time someone walked in she acknowledged that they were there. I missed her on her days off! Overall everyone was very friendly!

I asked to have my 15000 best western points used on this stay, but it would have saved me $75 but it didn’t happen, maybe booking . Com can get it done?

The fact that I supposedly booked a room for three with a sleeper sofa. Upon arrival the room had two beds and was booked full. The third person had to book a room at another motel.
