Best Western Plus Zion West

The ease of parking , my room was very close to the exit so I could take my service dog go outside to go to the bathroom in a nice lawn area

Clean and comfortable.

Very good breakfasts, including fruits and the espresso/cappuccino coffee machine Very helpful staff

The milk in coffee machine is sweet. That makes cappuccino sweet :((

Modern facilities, very clean

No WiFi. Could not get WiFi for the duration of my stay which was a problem for my work. I asked for a different room that had WiFi and was told they did t know which rooms had WiFi and which did not so I had now options except to perhaps try for WiFi. Connection in the restaurant. I asked to cancel my stay so I could move to a different property but was told that since I booked using booking.com that this was not possible. I asked to speak to the property manager but was told they were not available for the rest of my stay.
