The staff was very helpful and energetic. Things to do right on the property with lawn games, the fire pit and s'mores with happy hour. We did see a shuttle but didn't use it, but others did and loved it.
Being a smoker, we had to go to the street. We understand that people don't like vape or smoking, but many hotels do have a spot where they can go on property.

Great location, comfortable beds, amazing breakfast, nice pool and sauna
Shuttle bus service was reserved for private wedding party on Saturday during peak times for dinner was inconvenient and ruined our dinner plans for Saturday night and enjoying the canal Park. Felt we should have been offered compensation as it was advertised during our booking.
