Everything! We had the most incredible stay. The house was absoloutely gorgeous. We stayed in the Acton Patterson house, it was like stepping back in time and so beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The fire in the room was such a gorgeous feature. Everything you need to make a drink in the morning as well as snacks. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were all friendly. We also loved the free access to bikes. The most amazing stay.

I liked that checking in and out of the property was so easy and sufficient. When I mentioned that we were celebrating an anniversary they wrote my partner and I the kindest card and left us two whoopies pies - extra points for being super delicious!
There's not much to do about this - but given that it was a older house you can pretty much hear everything that is happening from outside of the room. I heard a lot of people going up and down stairs, laughing and talking at late hours. Didn't matter too much to me since we are a young couple but I can imagine someone older getting upset about something like this.

Lovely location in K’bunkport. The room was simple, as advertised. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices. Good communication with front desk staff.
Paper products were decidedly meh. Ditto bath products. Upgrading these would be great. Also, given the caliber of the hotel company that owns this inn, I don’t understand why there aren’t a couple of bottles of water available per person, per day, as in most hotels.

it was ok, we usually stay at the Capt Lord's mansion but becasue we booked through a 3rd party, they told us we got the house we were in. Breakfast was good.
The fireplace didn't work and it was 96 degrees at night. We had to open the window which was fine. It didn't have any storage like a closet or bureau. It was just ok for the money
