We enjoyed every aspect of the experience. The accommodations, the people, the food, the cost, and the location were all exceptional. Austin is a consummate leader, and Jesse is a very friendly and talented individual (more than a bar tender). Every staff member was wonderful.

Nothing could have been better. No complaints whatsoever. Excellent experience.

The staff was exceptional! Absolutely above and beyond. We enjoyed getting to know Austin, Kryzdee, Jesse, Jen, and everyone we encountered. The food was fabulous as well, and the candlelit restaurant was romantic and memorable. We will be back!

The food is amazing! The Inn is a ways away from the cute Berkshires town centers but its worth it for eating a meal at the restaurant and hiking trails around the area.

There weren't a lot of staff on site during the day but they were reachable by phone and all our requests got handled.

This property might be better during peak season but showing up off-season there were no real amenities available in the inn itself. There was a full bar and evidence of dinner service but nothing was available during our stay. Breakfast was included but was over a mile away at a small country store. The store was cool and the food there good but it would have been good to know that when we booked. I would not book this property again off season.
