Beachwalk Villas

Our apartment, number #5, was on the third floor, right across the street from the stairs going down to the beach. We had an unobstructed ocean view, with delightful sunsets. There were three bedrooms with ceiling fans and two bathrooms. The master bedroom had it’s own bathroom, and the other two shared a bathroom. Each room had a large TV. The living room also had a ceiling fan and a huge TV. There was a large deck at the western side of the apartment with a gas grill, a large table, and a nice little couch, all outdoors.There were lots of restaurants and stores with amenities all within walking distance. All night long we could hear the waves crashing. Blissful!! I don’t think I could’ve wished for a nicer place.

The controls for the shower in the shared bathroom were kind of funky. It worked fine after messing with it for a bithowever. The toilet seat in the shared bathroom was fastened by wingnuts, which could not be tightened and therefore it was kind of loose. Not a problem.

It was very clean with our room having a beachy theme; Carrie was so nice and professional at the front desk. We could walk wherever we wanted to go and just so relaxing there,

The bed was too high and a little difficult to get into. The bed was comfortable but the height made it difficult.

#10 is a great affordable option for a couple wanting to stay in the village. Walking distance to everything you need. Pool was great too.

Nothing negative to say about the property. Much better than a hotel very well thought out place.

When we arrived at 3 pm the office was closed. We had messaged ahead of time when we would be arriving. Tried calling the number provided and no answer, only a voicemail- no call back. Info said office would be open until 5 pm. We were wanting to drop off luggage so we could get a late lunch after a long travel day. Had to wait 30 minutes before someone showed. After lunch came back to get our luggage and nobody at the office again. No beach chairs or towels in units. Had to find office personnel to get those items. To have available in units would be helpful.
