The staff was wonderful. When we showed up to check in, the gal working the desk was very friendly and professional. The rooms are really nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is really good, with a lot of variety of food and drinks.
There wasn’t really anything to note.

I always choose Hampton Inn for traveling. Mills Civic was just wonderful. Staff so friendly, every part of the hotel was so clean! Breakfast yummy!

The room was very clean which is very important to me, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was quick to assist with the issues we did have.
The air/furnace wouldn't work when we got in the room. We had to have staff come fix it before it would work. The electrical outlets wouldn't hold the plug for our electrical devices without us holding them in. This was very inconvenient.
