Granville Inn

The location is great, the facility is luxurious, and within walking distance to the restaurants and shops. There is a spa next door, which I'll investigate on my next trip.

The breakfast was disappointing. There seemed to be one person working the breakfast. The last of an egg casserole was quite cold, so I waited awhile for a fresh one from the kitchen. It was not hot, nor even very warm. There was a lot of grumbling from other visitors as well. It was not a pleasant ending to an otherwise good experience at this wonderful Inn. My particular room on the 2nd floor had too much noise from the AC that I could not stay on a meeting call.

Beautiful place to stay!

Didn’t dislike anything about the property. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room. When traveling and with a cooler, that would’ve been very helpful to keep our drinks cold for the weekend. That’s my only suggestion.

Breakfast consisted of fresh fruit, cottage cheese, and granola. The star of the show to me was the egg, veggies, potato casserole. Coffee, juice, and hot water for tea were available also. This is a historical hotel, but the decor was modern. Wood paneling added elegance. The room was small but cozy. The door was heavy and the locks secure.

The room was over filled with furniture which made it difficult to move my luggage around. Some of the furniture was not scaled for the size of the room.
