This was my first time staying at the Parkwest Bicycle. I stayed in this hotel because I was waiting to embark on the Star Princess the following morning. However, I got off another cruise and arrived at the hotel much earlier than check in time. The ladies were very kind and told me that there were no rooms available but they could check in my luggage and call me when a room became available. They also knew that I had a tour planned and would not be present to check in. With this in mind, they upgraded me to a room that became available just in time for me to take my luggage to my room and head out for my tour. I appreciate their kindness, their thoughtfulness and friendliness.
The hotel was located in a great location. Across from the hotel, there were a couple of mall. Las Jardines and Bell Gardens Village Square mall that includes Ross, Marshals & Applebees . Some restaurants includes IHOP, McDonald, & a Mexican restaurant with Mariachis to name just a few.
When I ordered hot food at the cafe, it took a long time for the food to arrive.
