I loved that the property is literally across the street from Disney Springs, and that they provide free shuttle service to the Disney Parks.
The concierge service was excellent, though it turned out we didn't need it because we were able to check in, and they waived the early check in fee for us.
I don't really have anything negative to say, except that it's a shame the pool closes at 10 PM.
