Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful.
Noise from traffic was extremely loud. Heat/air conditioner in room was not working. Moved to another room with inadequate lighting and again VERY loud road noise.

Breakfast was great. Very pleasant area!
was notified that I would have a room on the ground floor due to using a cane. When I got there I was given a 4th floor room. It was difficult for me negotiating the elevator.

Breakfast was good. Room was very nice and quiet. Glad you allow dogs.

Our bed had a very large urine stain from a dog hiking on the bed! The front desk was very helpful with the situation, but we were very disappointed since we had stayed here before. I used to be a maid. The hotel maids need to change the mattress cover after every single guest! We were told there was a dog show about two weeks ago which means that mattress cover hadn’t been changed in two weeks. That’s disgusting.
