Beds were better than some places. Price was not bad except for the pet fees. Glad it had an elevator and allowed pets which were the main reasons we picked this place.
Breakfast hours were only 6 to 9am which did not work for us. The air conditioning did not work well as most things in the room felt moist no matter the temp or fan setting. Staff used most of the hall for cleaning making it hard to load, unload, or even flake the dogs out. Grass areas were uneven for taking the dogs out. The place seemed run down or minimally cleaned. Pet fees were a little high. Towels were cheap along with bedding materials.
