Ocean Pines Resort

The view was exceptional

Hair dryer didn't work & light in closet was hit or missTere

Loved the location, great beach access (we were in unit C), and the townhouses are very spacious. Loved having the indoor pool and hot tub. Kitchen was stocked and appreciated the washer and dryer.

Our balcony door upstairs was jammed/rusted shut. Would have loved to use that. Called maintenance line a couple of times, and the office was closed everyday. Wish the pool was open later.

The walk to the beach. The fact that it had its own pool. Parking was right in front of or under where you were staying

The property was very well positioned. It was great to easily walk through to the beach and the tennis court was especially fun for us. The beds were comfy enough and the unit was spacious.

There were issues with dead bugs throughout the unit. Hot water ran out in shower. The couch was the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on. Coffee was provided but was extremely low quality. Guests are tasked with many clean-up tasks like taking out the trash, washing dishes, and stripping beds. Since check in/out is not so generous, it seemed contradictory that these tasks would be handled by the guests and not the property.
