Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Prineville, OR

We've stayed here before a few times and it's been wonderful each time. The staff are always so nice and pleasant. At breakfast (which was plentiful and such a great variety) we asked if they had lactose free milk, they did not, but apon check out, the sweet lady told me she put it in the request book on hopes of getting some soon! How thoughtful is that! They also cleaned our room super cute using the kids blankets!

I was a bit scared of the clanky groaning, not smooth ride in the elevator so I ended up using the stairs to the 3rd floor which I didn't complain about lol I needed the exercise 😅

Clean facility, kind staff, loved the hours for the pool!

The facility is nicely updated and clean, they had everything we needed. The breakfast was great and the staff was so friendly and accommodating.

There was nothing I can think of to complain about.

It was in a nice and convenient location. The staff were friendly and inviting. The room was clean and spacious.

The smell in the room. I’m not sure what they used to cover up orders but it permeated the room. We could smell it the moment we walked in. We were hopeful it would dissipate but it didn’t. In fact it got worse. When we returned late in the evening and tried to go to bed, the smell was burning my eyes causing them to water. My skinned burned and my tongue was tingling. I finally had to open the windows and that seemed to help. We had to open them again the next night but also had to listen to fireworks until 2am.
