Best Western Owego Inn

The location was excellent for our purposes, the rate was fair, breakfast was very nice. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were clean.

My wife and I were perfectly satisfied.

The cleaning staff was super nice.

Well the power to part of our room went out during our stay, so not sure if that was a fluke or building maintenance so good thing we didn't have anything important in the fridge. Pretty noisy at night, not sure what that was, thinking the elevator. We didn't have a fan in our bathroom, shower curtain was ripped, water stream in shower was intense and our toiletries weren't refilled. (I know they had a shortage of cleaning staff that day, so they were rushing to get us our room, so im sure that was an honest mistake). Some chairs in the lobby and dining area need to be professionally cleaned, I'm sure its wear and tear.

The location is easily accessible, with a supermarket next door, restaurants nearby (a short drive away), and free parking. Breakfast was decent.

We stayed on the second floor, but the elevator was out of service, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs, which was challenging since we were traveling with elderly family members.
