Candlewood Suites Woodward by IHG

Everything was very nice until the elevator quit working. That was very inconvenient!

I flew in from Seattle to deal with a family emergency that was very difficult and stressful. Candlewood Suites allowed me to feel a lot more grounded and comfortable as if I was dealing with the situation in the comfort of my own home. The entire staff was very accommodating and patient. This was the longest stay I have had in one hotel at one time. I don't think I would have felt quite as comfortable and any other hotel for that amount of time, especially dealing with what I was dealing with . I am very grateful to them and that everything was resolved and improved before my departure. Thank you

Maybe a indoor pool or hot tub for relaxation.

IHG property, location was close for my needs

To close to the Main Street, a lot of traffic noise being in a fro t of the building room. Also, windows on 1st floor were UNLOCKED when checking in, no screen either

There was no breakfast. Parking was accessible. The facility was quiet and peaceful.

Mold in the bath tub.
