It was very clean! The front desk staff was very pleasant and responsive.

We had some issues with the heating and cooling unit which the hotel was unaware of until we informed them of the issue.

Staff was excellent There was an issue with the locking systems on our original room and the wonderful lady at the front desk upgraded us to a different room. Bed was very soft and comfortable. Convenient location.

Room was clean and comfortable Breakfast had good choices.

Mattress was not very comfortable pillows were small. When we got there TV reception was not working, I called the front desk and unfortunatey I had a hard time understanding him. He said problem was with the network and would have to come up. He never came up. I called back and said if they could not fix it, we need to change rooms. THe folks next door to us had reception. We went on to dinner so I am not sure when the TV reception cleared, but when we got back it worked. No one ever called back or stopped to ask if it worked.

Staff was helpful and attentive. Price was low.

The room was worn—carpet was torn, tiles missing in the bathroom, scratches on the walls, etc. It needed to be remodeled.
