Saratoga Casino Hotel

The hotel and room is spacious, clean and quiet. the staff was great.

why is there not a bottle of water in the room for each person? why is there not an exhaust fan in the bathroom for humidity?

Large room with very comfortable bed; adjacent to Saratoga Casino and racetrack; plenty of free parking; extremely friendly, helpful staff; free shuttle to downtown (which we didn't use); within easy drive of Saratoga Battlefield NHS; could watch horses being exercised in the morning from our hotel room window.

Really nothing to complain about.

The location is great. The room sizes are generous. Everything was clean. Feels new. Artwork on the walls is neat. Saratoga Springs is a fun town. Lots of restaurants. Casino on site was good too. Free shuttle to the town too.

The nice restaurant was not open so we had to get food either by leaving to town or the little pub place they had on site which was not wonderful. Lots of choices, but mediocre food.

The arrival staff were kind and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The biggest issue I had with my stay was regarding the shuttle service. I booked here because of the running shuttle to SPAC as I was attending a performance. I arrived late for the show and took a Uber to the venue intending to use the shuttle to return. When calling for shuttle pickup the driver told me that they did not know where the front entrance to SPAC was and that they had informed guests they transported to the venue earlier to meet by the auto museum which was approx 3mi walk. The entire exchange with the driver was incredibly frustrating and bewildering. This caused me to Uber back to the hotel. Overall I felt my experience was overpriced for a single night stay and no shuttle
