Delmar is such a kind and friendly person, who cooks an amazingly delicious and big breakfast! That alone makes this stay great value for money. Keep in mind, this is budget accommodation and there are some improvements to be made, but it is great value. There are 6 private rooms so it is never too busy. I work remotely and had minimal issues with the WiFi, fine for video call as and working 8 hours, 4 day a week. I initially booked for a week, but ended up extending my stay for another month because it really is the best value and it brings a lot of cool people. The location is amazing, and really, Delmar is the sweetest. I will be back, for sure.

Just a few maintenance issues that Delmar is actively working on fixing.

Perfect experience with Delmar !!! 😍 What a kind host. The breakfast is amazing (typical from Tabasco, scramble eggs, avocado, platanos a la plancha, y frijoles). The rooms are a bit rustic, but you forget it with the warmness of this place. We directly felt welcomed. We will miss you Delmar ! You are an amazing person that we will never forget. Hope to see you again. Gracias por todo. Oriane y Hugo

The rooms are rustic, mosquitos (but there is a fan

+ bardzo miły, pomocny właściciel, dobry kontakt + smaczne sycące śniadanie w cenie pobytu + skromne ale czyste pokoje

the loveliest guy runs this place, he’s very welcoming and friendly. breakfast is included which was great- tomato scrambled egg, avocado, fried banana & tortillas & coffee! Good location, easy to walk into the main part and really close to the lagoon

The room was like being in an oven, even with the window open all night and fan on full power it was unbearable. The bathroom is full of mosquitos and so is the outside area/ kitchen
