We have had issues on the past 3 visits with big weddings taking over the hotel.
If you aren’t part of these groups the staff doesn’t care

Parking garage was tight and very busy. Floor numbers were wonky

The decorations and view was nice.
Hard uncomfortable beds, no TVs at the bars or restaurant, no hot tub or spa on property, tried to buy some snacks and bottle waters the didn’t have any machines or shops the referred us to 7-11 down the street. We bought the breakfast package that included a buffet when we went to get breakfast the next morning they didn’t have the buffet just gave us some eggs, and oatmeal.
