The staff was incredibly accommodating, helpful and responsive.
We encountered some rude guest, but the hotel was notified.

Professional Staff. Made you fell at home
Other than getting on Washington Road going East. No problem at all.

The breakfast was very good.
The room was hot. The AC did not work as explained by the desk clerk it had something to do with some sort of cutoff system that only turned on when it recognized people in the room. I have never heard that before and have never had to worry about that in a hotel.
