The mattress was on the hard side.

The room was a bit larger than we expected and had a microwave and small refrigerator. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room heating unit worked well. The receptionist, Dennis, was very friendly. The connected restaurant was nice, although we wish it would serve breakfast as well as dinner. Room was very reasonably priced for the area and time of year (leaf-peeping season).

Noise from the room upstairs was annoying - we could easily hear people walking back and forth. Fortunately, road noise was minimal, since the motel is well away from any busy road.

It was convenient to stay in Londonderry. The food at the restaurant was good and well-priced

The property is in serious need of repair. The stairs were steep and narrow. In the outside the building is old and dingy. The common area inside was nice, however our room was less than desirable. Mattress was thrown on a frame and was hard. Room was warm - no AC and the heat control didn’t seem to provide a comfortable temp. Tried to open the window. Literally falling off and full of bugs and cobwebs. Serious water heater issues. Shower was hot and then cold each time it was used. In addition, we tried to fill the hot tub, but could not get enough hot water to do so. That was probably best as when we turned on the jets, pieces of hair came out. The room is bare bones. Only one nightstand and not even a chair in the place. Not exactly what we hoped for for a romantic leaf-peeping getaway.
