La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lewisville

It was clean, the staff was great and the breakfast was wonderful. This will be my go-to place when I stay in Lewisville.

The road construction, the GPS, got me there with no problem.

I love the location

The staff

The breakfast was good.

Did not like toilets and how they flush it took us a while to figure out. I also did not like they only had one staff member working, you could tell she was a bit overwhelmed but she was great and polite.

Great location for us visiting family. Clean , comfortable, large room.

We had the unfortunate experience of booking a room next to the conference room. (109). After an international flight, we were trying to rest in the room at 1 PM. The party going on next-door was a so loud we could record it from our bed. Management offered for us to change rooms, but we just arrived and unpacked after a 24 hour trip and didn’t feel like moving right then. Management also promised that the party would be over by 10 PM. That did not turn out to be true! After several, requests to management to shut it down with no effect, the party finally ended at midnight! Our request for a one night refund was allegedly referred to management and then there was no further contact reference that request.
