Location not to far from Disney and places to eat near by
The pool was a bit dirty

I love the breakfast, the location is close to Disneyland by car (less than 5 miles). It is close to the outlets, restaurants, and supermarkets. The staff is super friendly. I love the breakfast, it was varied and well organized. The look of the entrance and lobby is nice, it looks expensive.
The lobby was very hot, the floors in the hallways look like someone torn the carpet and left the padding, it was not pretty. The hallways, the patio, and the pool area did not look well maintained. The room was clean, we have the suite and it was nice. We have good housekeeping in the room. Maybe the place was undergoing a remodeling or renovation but they were no signs of it.

The suite was very equipped, and comfortable!
The pool needed maintenance and that housekeeping was not available since it was all booked and busy that day….

It was a nice facility and the breakfast was delicious.
I didn’t get any room service until I had to request it. When we got it I had a hat damaged like they stepped on it or something it was all smashed in. We had an outside cockroach come into the room, I know they are familiar in the area so we didn’t make a big deal about it just notified them, they didn’t care to reach out or ask if everything was ok
