Very clean and comfortable! Also very affordable too.

The lady at check in and one of the security guards was quite rude, I felt it was because we were Australian… unsure what else it could have been! L I spoke to other staff however and they were very nice.

Rate was great. I would have given a 9 but they never refreshed our room. Had to call housekeeping at 7pm when we got back to bring up new towels, unexceptable. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good. Room was large. Best thing was the A/C vent was on the wall at the top and not blowing on the bed. I did gamble somme but not a winner. Noticed no one was winning.

The front desk and staff were amazing. Rooms were great. Nathan helped me out so much and we will be back in two weeks!!

Great location

The room needs a very good repair. The sliding door to the bathroom was about to fall off, and also missing the handle. Big dent in bathroom wall. Also the window in the room was not able to fully close (glad it was not winter time). Asked the frontdesk for a shower cap, and it was my understanding it was complimentary (as it had been on my former Caesar stay at Harrahs just the day before)….but on my invoice at check out I got charged $2 for something that is usually free in most hotels, just a matter of principle in this case.
