The cleanliness of the rooms is superb. Loved everything.

Very nice, clean, luxury renovation of historic building. King bed, modern bathroom with shower the size of a walk-in closet. Everything was “top drawer” including streaming TV, gas fireplace and Keurig coffee machine. Towels and linens were amazing and thick comfy bathrobes are included.

Only negative was the toiletries. Bar soap at sink was thin and not “soapy” or creamy. Very small tube of body wash in shower with no shower bar soap. Very small tube of Shampoo was also not sulfate-free. That was strictly the only downside of an amazing stay and a lovely experience.

The location was perfect. We could drop packages in our room and continue shopping!

I didn’t realize it was just a room and not a suite. The plug-ins in the hall are very strong to the point that their water cooler tastes like perfume.

Very nice rooms in probably the best location in town.

The main draw for a winter getaway to this particular hotel was the fireplace. However, the fireplace didn't work and despite instructions for contacting staff, we got no reply until the day after we'd checked out. I would not recommend staying in unstaffed hotels for this reason.
