100% sprawdzonych opinii7 / 10Dobry·wrz 2026
Comfy beds, large rooms, staff were friendly, provided us with parking in a garage next door
No hot water for the whole stay so showering was not nice (and a basic amenity). Was meant to be fixed but was cold in the second day also. Rooms were a bit loud (can hear people talking in rooms, cars outside and slamming of doors), room key was temperamental. The air con also kept setting itself to very high temperatures and overriding didn’t do much. Bar also shut at 9pm!!

Modern
Friendly, helpful staff
Good location
Shower cubicle was dirty
Food wasn’t the best. Very limited menu on the day we went

The property is clean and very convenient with it being close to Beale Street
The elevators are gone out, but I didn't mind taking the stairs

Breakfast was good but coffee terrible. No half and half or milk available.
Bed was made as if by 6 year old. Bottom sheet on inside out kept popping off corners. 2nd night mattress pad had been put on top. Top sheets crumpled under pillows instead of folded neatly. Nothing tucked in.
Phone to front desk was broken.
Thermostat set to freezing 57 was nearly impossible to reprogram . No one available to help.
