For our purposes, visiting family, the location and room met our needs. The room was simple and clean, for example, the corners were swept and washed rather than full of accumulated grime. The kitchenette provided the basics for a short stay. The room was serviced each day with clean towels and emptied garbage bins. The room location was quiet for sleeping because it was away from town traffic. The front counterperson, Rash, greeted us with a smile and joked with us.
For a short stay, the beds were manageable, but could use an upgrade. They were caved in the middle. Through the wifi connection internet speed lagged which worked okay for our short stay, but wouldn't work for business trips. The periodic bangs from the nearby orchards to scare away birds was a bit annoying in the evening, but we were out of the room during the day so it worked for us.

We stayed here last year on a motorcycle trip, and it was great. This year was no different, and they even put us in the same room. We'll stay here every time we come to Osoyoos. Very clean room, comfortable bed, easy walk to breakfast, away from the noise of downtown, the staff was awesome, convenient parking.
