La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lubbock Southwest

We enjoyed a good breakfast, spacious lobby and well appointed room. The Keurig coffee and complimentary waters were especially nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything seemed clean and new.

The location was not easy to find or get to, and the Wi-Fi was very weak in our room.

The location was perfect. It was close to restaurants, Gas stations and stores.

The breakfast area was not kept clean or stocked.

Very clean and pretty quiet. Christine the manager was excellent.

The room was nice

I tried to login in to Netflix on TV inside the room and it wasn't working properly and then we had checked out early next day because we had a college tour to get to and we had accidentally left a pair of sunglasses at the hotel and didn't realize it til we started to leave back to our home so we called to tell the front desk some information on it and they weren't helpful at all so we had to turn around and tell them the information in person to make sure they had checked the right room and sure enough they didn't check the right room till I got there and they had returned the sunglasses to me personally
