Location was perfect for visiting the Ford museums. A variety of restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive away. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful and the breakfast room was large and comfortable.
Parking! There are a few spots behind the hotel but mostly we had to use a lot across the street with a gate that was usually inoperative. Fortunately there wasn’t a high fee for this in town parking as is so often the case with downtown hotels!

David at the front desk was extremely friendly andv helpful. Great location. Very safe neighborhood with the best restaurants.
The electrical sockets on the bedside table were stripped so that anything plugged in fell out. Since there were no other outlets near the bed it was impossible to use our cpap machine safely. There were absolutely no sockets on the other side of the bed. We informed the front desk as we left and they said they would look into fixing it for the next guests.

It was clean,close to lots of restaurants.
Street side of the hotel is very loud, kept being woke up by traffic. The pool was closed for the whole stay, my kids were very disappointed. Not many choices at breakfast, was probably the smallest breakfast buffet I've seen at a hotel.
