Lovely stay, house was very clean and nicely furnished. If you are looking for a Disney themed house this is not for you, but if you are looking for a tastefully decorated place then I highly recommend. Check in was quick and easy. Host was quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. Loved having our own pool.

Lovely villa, very clean and very convenient for the Disney park. Perfect for families.

Our perfect family vacation started at this beautiful villa. We had plenty of space for our adult and teenage children. The pool was a hit and we appreciated how warm and relaxing the water was after a fun filled day at Disney. The vila was close to Walmart and Target and plenty of dining options close by. The Disney parks were a short drive. We spent one day enjoying the resort property- pickle ball courts, corn hole, club house pool and mini golf. Fun walks along the nature trails enjoying the beautiful flowers and plants. We would definitely book this property again!

This was my 5th trip to FL & my 2nd VRBO stay. I chose this home because it was updated, close to Disney, & included a washer/dryer. Initially, the owner was friendly & easy to communicate. However, check-in process was frustrating. Instead of sending instructions directly through VRBO messages, a PDF was sent that I never received despite multiple attempts. Eventually had to change my email address & provide direct email address before receiving important check-in details. Upon arrival, there was a strong musty/moldy odour throughout the house. The washing machine, which was an important reason for booking, was coated in brown residue and smelled heavily of mold, making it unusable even after attempting to clean it ourselves. Additional issues included: dust buildup throughout the home, dirty countertops, windows, walls, furniture & patio tracks, bedding and towels that smelled unclean, worn mattresses & low-quality beds, dirty/dusty-smelling sofa, lint filled dirty hair dryer, broken toaster. At first, I tried handling the cleaning issues myself, but eventually contacted the owner with photos and concerns. Communication became inconsistent, & some concerns were dismissed. We also did not always feel comfortable during our stay due to a stranger who came to the patio. VRBO was helpful. In the end, we decided to leave early for other accommodations. Owner provided a significant partial refund, which I appreciated but I still feel it’s important to leave honest review.
