Good for families. Big rooms . Self service laundry room was good .
Breakfast could be better! Need more vegetables and fruits in breakfast.

The location is great, the staff is very nice and attentive, and the breakfast options were good. The room was clean and enjoyable. You get the sense that this property is well managed.
This was a short stay and we spent most of the time out at the theme park. One thing they can improve on is the filtered water station in the lobby / gym area, either the filter was not replaced or something else was going on but that water had a metallic taste to it. The dispensers in the breakfast area have good cold water so not such a big issue.

Very clean, our suite was spacious, breakfast was excellent, staff amazing, and this hotel very close to Sea World and restaurants.
Nothing, no complaints.

Fan stopped working and ac was noisy. Ac got fixed same day but fan wasn’t. I didn’t like the quality of water as well. It’s smells if you leave it in a bottle.
Staff was supportive otherwise and gave us good information. Kept our bags safely when we left them for one day.
