Room was clean and comfortable.
Minor items, like outlet covers missing, some paint peeling, etc. Walls a bit thin, noise travels through.

The older man that runs the place he's cool.
The younger dude that works nights. He's way too involved in the night time activities.

It was close to amenities. It was fairly clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The cleaners were pleasant and helpful
Although sofa and drapes needed a clean as left the room with a musty smell . Although when booking it stated breakfast was available I was not provided with any information on arrival about it or anything else. So went out for breakfast throughout my stay .
Some noisy neighbours . During rain overflow was right outside my front door which made a lot of noise during night
